We store palletized goods for businesses across the Greater Toronto Area, from a single skid of overflow stock to a standing block of contract positions. Our warehouse is in Richmond Hill, Ontario, which puts us within easy reach of Toronto, Markham, Vaughan, Aurora and Newmarket.
Short-term and overflow storage
Sometimes a container lands earlier than planned, a retail order slips a quarter, or your own space fills up before the season does. Overflow storage exists for exactly that. We take pallets by the month, so you are not signing a lease to solve a problem that lasts eight weeks.
This is how most new clients start with us: a few pallets, a short commitment, and the option to grow into more space or move the stock out again.
Long-term and contract warehousing
For steady, predictable volume we will agree a set number of pallet positions and hold them for you. You get consistent space, a known monthly cost, and priority when booking receiving windows. Contract warehousing suits importers, manufacturers and wholesalers who know roughly what they will be holding twelve months from now.
Racked and floor storage
Standard 48" x 40" pallets go into racking, so each one stays individually accessible and we never have to move six of yours to reach the seventh. Oversize, overweight and awkwardly shaped loads that will not rack safely go into floor storage, where they are charged for the footprint they actually occupy.

If what you are storing needs temperature control, food-grade certification or hazardous goods handling, call before you book. Those carry requirements that not every warehouse is set up for, and we would rather tell you straight away than after your freight has arrived.
Receiving and inventory
Every inbound shipment is counted and recorded on arrival, so that you and we agree on what came in before any of it is put away. We can shrink-wrap, restack and rebuild pallets that turn up in poor condition, and if freight arrives damaged we will tell you rather than quietly putting it on a shelf.
Where we are
Our warehouse is in Richmond Hill, close to Highway 404 and Highway 407. We regularly handle freight moving to and from Toronto, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Concord, Aurora, Newmarket and Scarborough, and we can arrange delivery anywhere in the GTA.
What pallet storage costs
Storage is charged per pallet per month. What you pay depends on how many positions you need, how tall your pallets stack, and how often stock moves in and out. Call 905-234-3322 with a rough pallet count and we will confirm a rate in writing.
