We hold your stock, pick and pack your orders, and hand them to a carrier, so that you can sell more without renting a bigger garage. Our fulfillment operation runs from our Richmond Hill warehouse, which puts most of the Greater Toronto Area inside a one-day ground shipping zone.
Who this is for
Online sellers who have outgrown packing orders at the kitchen table. Wholesalers shipping cases to retailers. Brands running a storefront who would rather spend their time on the product than on tape guns. If you are shipping somewhere between a few orders a day and a few hundred, this is built for you.
Pick and pack
Your inventory is received, counted and shelved. When an order comes through we pick the items, pack them appropriately for what they are, and get them onto the right carrier. Single-item orders, multi-item orders, poly mailers, boxes and palletized wholesale shipments are all handled the same way, with a record of what went where.
We will pack into your own branded boxes and inserts if you supply them, or use plain packaging if you would rather not carry that stock yourself.
Kitting, bundling and assembly
Not everything ships in the state it arrives. We assemble multi-packs and gift sets, build subscription boxes, apply barcodes and labels, re-box products for promotions, and put together retail-ready displays. If it needs hands on it before it can be sold, that can happen here.
Returns
Returns come back to the warehouse, get checked against the condition rules you set, and are either put back into sellable stock or set aside for you to make a call on. You get visibility of what is coming back and why, which is usually more valuable than the returned goods themselves.
How orders reach us
We work from whatever format suits your business: a spreadsheet of orders, an email, or a feed from your store. Tell us which platform you sell on and we will confirm exactly how we would take orders from it before you commit to anything.
Shipping
Being in Richmond Hill means most of the GTA is a short ground hop, and a good deal of Ontario and Quebec is reachable inside two days. If you already have negotiated carrier rates, we can ship on your accounts. If you do not, we will ship on ours.
Storage and fulfillment together
Fulfillment clients need somewhere for stock to live between orders. That is pallet storage, and we price it separately so you can see what each part of the job actually costs. Importers bringing stock in by sea usually add container devanning as well.
